Best company to work for
I joined Nvidia in 2021. Here are some pros based upon my experience till now:
- Excellent work culture
- No micromanagement
- No strict timings or office hours
- Work from home
- Excellent people
- Pay-wise, it's also good

Nvidia Interview Experiences
Sr. Engineer
The interview process involved three rounds. The usual pattern of describing a system was followed, and then some LeetCode-style questions were presented. The interviewer was nice and polite. It appears there is no rush to hire for this position.
Sr. Engineer
It was a bit longer, but nice to talk to HR and managers. A lot of technical people were part of the process, and it felt like a slightly higher number of people.
Hardware Engineer
There were 2 rounds. First round was an OA involving fundamental questions from digital, CoA, and C coding. Round two was an interview for about 1.2 hours with emphasis on the resume. There were 3 interviewers, and they were pretty chill mostly. T
