Cons

Bad recognition for your work in terms of compensation.

Internal politics and favoritism.

Middle managers are clueless. They are not trained well for the job. They don't work smart; they work hard.

Existing employees who have worked for a long time are not given much importance, at least in Pune.

Focus is not on employee retention.

Quantity of work and presentations are more important to management than quality.

Processes and methods are not well-set. New mistakes lead to new processes, but old mistakes and teachings are forgotten.

Advice to Management

Make Employee Retention Your No. 1 Priority, Even in India.

Create advice forums and listen to employee feedback and advice. Set up management reviews from an employee's point of view.
