A good place to grow technically. Members in the team bring in good experience and skillset. You can learn a lot from them.
When I started out, the team I worked in had members who had started their professional careers at NVIDIA. They epitomized the NVIDIAn spirit: creativity, positivity, zero politics, and free sharing of ideas, making the environment conducive to working cheerfully.
Since the team has been expanding a lot over the last 2 years, the newer senior members joining the team from other companies have somehow not really blended into the NVIDIA culture, diluting the culture and bringing in unnecessary politics.
Please try recruiting people who will be a good cultural fit. Technical achievements shouldn't be the only criteria.
