Has good management at a high level (i.e., management from the US). Tries to compensate a good amount (i.e., at least the average in the India IT industry).
Low-level management is very bad. The Pune site leader is better; the Hyderabad site leader is the worst. You will lose work-life balance. You will never get proper projection to higher management. HR is very bad; you would feel like they are merely absent. The review process is very bad.
