Good place to work
Flexible work hours, very good support for working off campus. Relaxed environment, friendly and helpful people. One of the few places where you can work on large hardware/software integration. Some very interesting technology and good products. Leadership has focus.
- Advancement path not clearly communicated.
- Very high learning curve, coupled with a lack of up-to-date documentation and formal training/introduction.
Maybe some formal process for introducing employees into the technologies.
