Good brand name, good products, and good learning.
Flexi-timing and work-from-home are usual with all product-based companies.
Good pay, but not the best.
Very good technical skilled people.
Overall, it's a very good company to work with.
I would say go and join the company :)
Some managers are really pathetic, and lots of stupid decisions are taken by middle managers.
Lack of software management tools and infrastructure in some areas.
If you are going to join their automation team, be careful of managers.
Take care of your employees and sack some of the managers (the bad apples).
Work smarter than the old way.
