I love this company!
- Nimble like a startup, without the worries of pleasing VCs.
- We only choose to work on problems that are really hard, and we're best suited to solve.
- Not very hierarchical (shallow management hierarchy).
- Creativity and stepping outside the narrow confines of your job description to do the needful is encouraged and rewarded.
- We power some of the most exciting industries (e.g. gaming, automotive, design, ...).
- A truly global company--we go where the talent is.
Not many cons personally, but NVIDIA might not be for everybody. There's an intensity, dedication, and focus that might be too much for some.
