I recently interviewed with this company and went through the entire interview process. Unfortunately, the scheduling experience was very poor. Multiple people were involved in scheduling, and interviews were frequently moved or canceled, creating unnecessary confusion and delay. At one point, due to what seemed like internal miscommunication, the company conducted both the screening and onsite interviews together. While this worked out for me since I had another offer pending, it reflected a lack of coordination in the process.
Once the interviews did take place, I felt they went really well. The interviewers themselves were professional, and the conversations were structured. However, after completing all the rounds, I did not hear back despite following up multiple times. Nearly three weeks later, I received only an automated rejection email. It stated that my application was declined as if they rejected my online application upon review, not after taking full rounds of interviews, and without any personalized feedback or acknowledgment of the effort and time I had invested.
While I understand that not every candidate can be selected, the lack of timely communication and transparency from the recruiting team was disappointing. Candidates invest significant time and effort into the process, and even a short, personalized update would go a long way in creating a respectful candidate experience.
