I was referred to this position. Even after completing all the questions in all the rounds, I received a rejection. I felt my interview went pretty well.
The first interview with the hiring manager went well. They asked mostly "tell me about a time" type questions.
The second interviewer, I could feel the moment he saw me, he made a weird face. I knew this was not good. He asked two questions, and I completed both.
The third round was an SQL-based question and a Java-based question. I felt the interviewer was conducting an interview for the first time; they were not prepared.
I got rejected, and based on the feedback, it definitely seemed the person in the second round rejected me with a very generalized review.
Overall, I thought the hiring manager was good, but the hiring team/committee could have been better.
Tell me about a time when you added a bug in production and how did you solve it.
