The process was pathetic. The same recruiter reached out to me last year and I interviewed with them. He ghosted me then. He came back this year and asked me to interview again. I went through a phone screen and was asked to appear for an on-site Zoom loop. I spoke with a few engineers. One of my interviews, with the VP, was rescheduled again a couple of weeks later. After the interview, there was no update from the recruiter for 3-4 weeks. This process lacks basic professionalism and was an utter waste of time, not only for me but also for the other people involved. A word of caution before moving forward with this company.
