The experience was really bad.
It started with an online assessment (OA) that was scheduled for 4 hours but was completed in around 2.5 to 3 hours. A few days later, a phone interview followed.
After that, I received an invitation the next day for a final round interview. This interview was 2.5 hours long and involved three people.
I realized I was interviewing with the wrong team. I wanted to do backend SWE, but I was somehow placed on a data science team. I emailed the recruiter to ask about changing teams. The recruiter ghosted me for two weeks, and the interview proceeded as planned.
I felt like I performed very well during the interview. In fact, one of the teammates mentioned they were looking forward to seeing me on the team. However, I was still rejected.
Overall, the recruiters were totally non-responsive and poor at communication.
