During the tech screen, there was no introduction, and I wasn't asked to introduce myself, which created very negative vibes from the start.
I was given a problem to solve, which I did. However, the interviewer remained silent throughout and seemed solely focused on trying to make me fail.
This was a really poor tech screen experience. I am part of a group that is extremely underrepresented in tech, and I can imagine this may have contributed to unconscious bias. There is no other logical reason to fail me after I solved the problem.
