I have liked the office culture so far working here. We work in close collaboration with global teams. Everyone respects the work timings, but sometimes we need to adapt for a few KT calls.
Starting to work here can be overwhelming at the start, as there is a lot to grasp and learn. One might feel lost for sure. It definitely feels a lot like startup culture is being followed, with the backing of good finances to run the company.
Salary and perks are pretty competitive. The interview process involved good interactions. The India office is new, so the focus is on hiring. A new office is coming soon with better facilities.
The current office location has parking issues for employees. Food provided in the office could have more options and be improved.
Initial Phone Screen Round with HR: Role explanation and tech I am working on. Initial Tech Screen Round: 3 DSA questions (1 LC Easy, 1 LC Medium, 1 LC Hard). 3 Virtual Onsite Tech Interviews: T1: Two medium DSA questions. T2: One Medium DSA and 1
Pointless. They had one introductory conversation and later sent the rejected email. The conversation seemed like a good one, and the role was a fit. When asked what went wrong, I received the reply: "Cannot provide at this time."
1. Apply through LinkedIn. 2. Recruiter email to have a recruiter screen. 3. Technical screen. 4. Virtual onsite, but hiring manager screen first, and then 3 technical rounds: * 1 system design * 1 coding * 1 API design round.
