Growing pains. Lack of support in the office and communication is lost from HQ. Too busy trying to implement features when there needs to be more time put into cleaning up the tech.
HR, payroll, and IT, although not required, should really be looked into for growth. They are needed to keep employees happy. Lacking these things sometimes feels like we're on our own to fend for ourselves.
