They pay a good base salary plus RSUs in Canada.
In Canada, they don't offer unlimited vacations. The 3 weeks of vacation are also hard to take due to the burden of work and constant pushback from managers. During the pandemic, this has really impacted employees' mental health. Furthermore, they don't have RRSP matching in Canada. Having these available in the US and not in Canada is odd.
Took six weeks for a single interview, then never heard from again. I would wholeheartedly not recommend them to anyone, ever. This is just too much for anyone to have to go through.
1. Apply through LinkedIn. 2. Recruiter email to have a recruiter screen. 3. Technical screen. 4. Virtual onsite, but hiring manager screen first, and then 3 technical rounds: * 1 system design * 1 coding * 1 API design round.
The recruiter round just asked standard behavioral questions and explained what the company does. They also explained the teams within the company and the teams I could be potentially interning at.
