Process
Had an interview with the hiring manager that went quite well. This was followed by a coding screen with an engineer who barely spoke English and wasn't very responsive.
The question itself was a LeetCode Medium, but it was hard to communicate.
The interviewer also mentioned that the company had become popular and grew active users overnight, leading to teams struggling to keep up with the demand and scale.
