The recruiter reached out after I applied. After a successful recruiter call, I got rejected during the online assessment round. I did not finish all the steps of the coding question and hence failed the online assessment.

Intro call with recruiter after being connected on LinkedIn. They told me about various teams and asked me a lot about why I am interested in OpenAI. Ultimately, they told me no roles were remote.
