Good benefits, interesting work, and good development.
Too long hours and stressful to deal with.
Pretty standard. First, there was a recruiter call. Focused on why you wanted to work at OpenAI. Second was a technical screen, then following that, there was an onsite. The onsite consisted of 4 rounds. Standard loop
The first round was a recruiter screen. It was pretty basic: "Tell me about yourself" and "Here are the teams hiring." The second round was a tech screen, which included a system design and coding challenge. I didn't make it past the screen.
- 30-minute phone call with the recruiter. - Question related to in-memory databases. The interview question was very fair and actually much more practical than LeetCode. However, I don't really know what the interviewer is looking for, to be hones
