Quickly growing company, which means lots of opportunity and room to make an impact. Engineering is listened to and contributes to roadmaps. A good combo of being able to autonomously drive work like in a startup, but with financial stability.
Quickly growing company, which means processes can be early and evolving. Thrash does exist and you will need to drive things yourself. Work life balance can be good, but it depends on the team. I have had a great experience, but have heard that others have not.

Software Engineer
Had a phone interview with HR, and two technical interviews, and one behavioral question interview. All went very well, and all the staff were super helpful and professional. HR moved the process very smoothly.
