Process
The process was poor from end to end, and the professionalism was lacking.
I received a request through Calendly to book an interview. It was scheduled for the early hours of the morning for a UK resident, which was to be expected. However, I waited for 30 minutes with no call or information.
I also sent emails to the recruiter asking if they were going to attend, but I received no response.
In an act of good faith, I rescheduled through Calendly to a new date, receiving confirmation yet still without an email reply. Two days before the rescheduled time, I received an email stating they had filled the role.
This was pretty poor, considering the chain of events.
