An external recruiter sells me on the role.
I chat with an internal recruiter who confirms I'm the right person for it and gives me a HackerRank test.
The HR test is relatively easy, and I manage to score around 90%.
I chat with #2's boss. Everything is still good, and they are very excited about continuing the process with me. They are even thinking about other roles for me because of my high score on #3.
#2 sends me prep material for their on-site days and schedules an interview with the team lead of the group.
I have an interview with a rather grumpy team lead. After cracking a few jokes here and there, he gets in a better mood, and the talk is rather pleasant.
After a few days of silence, I contact #2, who says the team lead didn't think I had enough experience, especially in subject X. To which I answer, "Yeah, we never discussed subject X."
...and that's the end. Maybe the HR test should be recalibrated?
I asked for feedback, which I am still waiting for.
Two coding questions, both relatively easy.
There were a lot of multiple-answer questions.
