One of the best interview experiences I've had so far. The recruiters were very friendly and gave feedback through the phone after every stage, just within a couple of days.

• The first stage started with a HackerRank challenge with two LeetCode easy/medium questions. I received one string manipulation question and one graph question. I passed this stage even though I did not pass all the test cases, which was surprising. I made sure to write clean code and comments in the challenge, which I guess helped my case.

• The second stage was a behavioral interview lasting 30-45 minutes. I was asked questions regarding the subjects I studied at university (favorite, least favorite), and a lot of questions regarding my experience working with teams and how I tackle feedback.

• The third stage was the technical interview, where you complete another HackerRank challenge with one of the developers at Optiver. You are given points for the number of test cases that you can pass. I failed this stage.

• The last stage is an onstage interview that takes a whole day, with a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Unfortunately, I didn't reach this stage, so I can't say much here.
