Graduate Software Engineer Interview Experience - Amsterdam, Netherlands

Process

First, an OA followed by a 30-minute behavioral interview.

After that, there were 3-4 rounds of technical questions and one final behavioral interview.

I did not make it past the first behavioral interview.

Questions covered my projects, CV, and why I was interested in Optiver.

Even though I thought I did well, they told me they were looking for someone whose experience more closely aligned with the role. (Why interview then? Also, it's a graduate role.)
