Pros: Great compensation package, really above average for the industry. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on site (actual food, not only soups and sandwiches). Unlimited therapy sessions through a partner platform. Cool perks like annual weekend getaways with the company, chair massage in the office, and coffee made by a fancy barista, etc.

Cons: Working from home? Not at all. Inflated egos all around. If you are in your first year, be prepared to be treated condescendingly (a lot). Give an opinion on how to improve anything, and it is now your responsibility entirely (and no, your other responsibilities won't be shifted to someone else). Be prepared to be working on both projects and production issues at all times (firefighting). Recently changed bonus structure; multiple departments were left off. Lack of clearly defined responsibilities per team (supposedly this would "cause the business to be slower facing the market"). Major decisions are being shifted without even the team leads knowing (lack of integration between business and tech).

Pros: Good working culture and competitive.

Cons: Nothing as such. I found it all good.

Pros: Working with people from different academic backgrounds and cultures, highly involving in the whole software development process, having chances to interact with traders, and some good benefits in public transportation, lunch choice, and free massage.

Cons: Software development requires a process, but it can't restrain the creativity of developers or the delivery of user requirements.
