Pros: Excellent environment, very helpful service desk and HR, great people around, lots of useful trainings, free Dutch & English language courses, team dinners a few times per year, 10 additional days of vacation after 1st year.
Not having an external customer turned out to be awesome. You really feel you're one team with everyone trying to help and solve the problems.
Cons: Sometimes it could be too much stress, but normally it's all right.
