Software Engineer (C#) Interview Experience

Process

The phone interview was smooth and easy, featuring typical HR questions.

They sent me three HackerRank tests, all of which I found to be easy.

One of the tests asked for an efficient algorithm. I submitted code that was as primitive as possible in C# and ensured all tests passed after running them.

A few days later, I received an email stating they "decided" not to pursue my application.

I inquired about my mistakes and areas for improvement, but received no response.
