Questions
Complete a function that takes in a seqId (an integer) and a character at a time. The characters consist of 'a-z' and '-'. The seqIds are out of order.
A full message, when the characters are sorted by seqId, is in this format: "-FullMessage-". The goal is to print out any full message exactly when it completes. When a message is complete, print it out using the provided OnComplete(msg) function.
