Process
The process began with an online programming test, which was more akin to an IQ test than a programming assessment.
This was followed by a phone interview with a developer, covering very basic concepts.
The superday commenced with a programming test, similar to a data structure/algorithm class midterm.
Following the test were four back-to-back interviews.
The design interview proved to be interesting.
Overall, the organization of the superday was very good.
