Optiver’s Summer 2025 SWE Internship (Chicago role still open) has three assessments: Hackerrank, coding knowledge, and “Zap-N.”
I faced two OOP design problems with long descriptions. Both were similar in difficulty. You get 120 minutes; my first solution took 90, leaving little time for the second. The first problem used HashMaps, doubly linked lists, and heaps.
