System Design OAs followed by a behavioural call over Zoom into two difficult technical rounds.
The OAs are much less LeetCode and test more system design and thinking.
This is followed by an "in-office" experience, but I did not progress to that stage.

Cons: - unskilled middle management
- During the period I have been there, initiative has become increasingly discouraged.
- Although advertised as flat, the structure is very hierarchical.
- A rush for doing things fast without understanding the outcomes.
- A lot of politics.
