I applied online. The process took 2 months.
Gauntlet OA (you probably know about this), then recruiter chat, one LeetCode/DSA round, then a system design, and after that a superday. Not much you can prepare for the OA other than have a mouse and grind Zetamac and memory tests. They also don't give feedback on what you can improve, so that kind of sucked. Good luck!
