Software Engineer Interview Experience - Sydney, Australia
Process
The interview process consists of four stages: an online challenge, an HR phone interview, a technical phone interview, and an onsite interview.
The first three stages can be prepared for by practicing problems on LeetCode.
The onsite interview is an intense, all-day schedule. Mine was arranged as follows:
- Orientation
- Experience discussion with three interviewers
- Lunch break (free and guided by one of the engineers)
- Technical interview
- Talk with the technical lead
