Pros: Working with people from different academic backgrounds and cultures, highly involving in the whole software development process, having chances to interact with traders, and some good benefits in public transportation, lunch choice, and free massage.
Cons: Software development requires a process, but it can't restrain the creativity of developers or the delivery of user requirements.

- Free breakfast and lunch
- Pretty decent teammates who carry their own weight and are open to sharing what they know
Cons: - High pressure to perform to a certain framework they're looking for. If you're a fit, it's great; otherwise, it might not work out.
- Results-driven. Effort is not rewarded if your project ends up getting shelved.
