Process

I applied online.

There was an application and CV screening, then an OA, and I only made it to the first interview after that before I was rejected. The OA was done in a language of your choice online over two hours.

Questions

LeetCode OOP style question for the OA, then coding knowledge questions about computer systems and complexity and efficiency of systems, finishing with a series of games testing pattern recognition and math while also testing speed.

Big projects that span multiple review cycles and take a while to show their value tend to get underrewarded. This creates the wrong incentives among developers.
