It was horrible. They flew me out to Amsterdam and had a three-part, on-site interview. It was mostly hardware-related. Nothing about in-depth hardware knowledge was mentioned in the job listing.

Pros: All the usual tech company perks (breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee).
Reasonable hours for finance in general.
Good compensation, with a transparent performance-based bonus system.
Cons: Hours could still be better. 8-5:30 PM is pretty much the minimum expected for software devs, and it only gets worse.
Compared to some other tech firms my peers are working for, that's pretty bad.
Compared to other fintech firms my peers are working for, that's pretty good/on par.
