Pros: Compensation is very good.
If you can handle the stress and toxic culture, career growth can be good, and there is a lot to learn.
Surface-level benefits, such as free food and merchandise, are good.
Cons: - Extremely stressful work culture.
- Evaluated based on how your "project" goes, not how all of your other work goes.
- Can get put on a PIP/fired quite easily.
- Thrown into the deep end as a graduate and will get cut if you don't do well in your first project.

Pros: I met some nice people, who were genuinely friendly, until I resigned.
Free breakfast and lunch, with healthy and delicious food. The food was the main highlight.
Cons: Managers are very bad and don't have people skills. There's no work-life balance. They fire people often and without remorse. The culture is often toxic.
