I've participated in behavioral interviews with this company, and I don't think they are looking to hire people. I believe my answers were adequate, but they still rejected me. I'm unsure why. I even attended their on-campus event.

Very interactive and insightful process. Had multiple rounds on coding and designs. Interviewers are supportive and super kind. Questions are not too difficult. Also had one round of behavioral questions.
