Compensated well, working with very talented people and well-designed systems. Nice office, lots of perks.
It wasn't a very supportive environment. It didn't really need to be, since they compensate so well. Autonomy was highly expected; positive feedback was optional. I worked an average of 49 hours a week.
Include positive feedback and paths toward success, not just unhelpful criticism.
