Be conscious of how future employees view your company. People outside of the company talk a lot and rate companies outside.
OA + Online Interviews. OAs were relatively easy. The recruiter reached out after a couple of weeks or so to start the interview process. They were relatively friendly, but it was not an easy interview process.
There were three phases to the interview: * LeetCode hard, which lasted about 75 minutes. * 20-minute multiple-choice conceptual test. * IQ games, which were very interesting and also tested reaction speed.
It was an HR interview. They asked general HR questions, like: What are your strengths? Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work at Optiver? They were quite polite. It was a good experience.
