Co-workers, perks such as a coffee bar, game room, etc.
Not many employees with outside experience (most are fresh out of undergrad).
Management doesn't know how to work with experienced talent.
Be honest.
I loved their interview questions. I would definitely suggest doing a lot of algorithm questions before applying to them. Speed is important! I would also solve more puzzles and not only coding tasks to get prepared.
In the interview process, I had to take an Online Assessment (also known as an OA). This had two parts. They are what you'd expect by just googling what Optiver's first assessment is.
Following the online assessments (brain games, coding segment, and general CS knowledge), I had a behavioral phone screen a few weeks later. The phone screen asked pretty standard questions.
