Pros: 1. Standard interview procedure
2. Good infrastructure
Cons: 1. Every 2 years, you may get an increment. So, calculate accordingly.
2. Enter with a good package. Otherwise, without a hike, there will be a motivation to work.
3. Canteen food prices get a 20% hike every year. Employees get a 10% hike every 2 years. So, the calculation is very simple.
