There were three rounds of evaluation:

• The first was a phone call with the HR recruiter, who asked general questions about my past experiences based on my profile. Part of this conversation was conducted in English to test my language level.
• The second round was a conversation with the manager, involving more detailed questions about past experiences and a programming test. The test included a variety of questions covering logic, databases, a specific language, and two algorithm implementations.
• The third round was a conversation with the CTO, focusing on architecture-specific questions and further programming tests.

After that, the HR recruiter contacted me again and made the salary proposal.
