Cons: - Heavy politics played, especially under one manager's team. - The manager is not technically sound and not ready to listen to any sort of technical issues. - Favorites are preferred and paid heavily, and they get stock options. - Freshers are getting worst exposure and no real development. - It's a bug tracking support center. - The HR department is dead inside. - Don't join if you want to have a good profile and don't spoil your career only for a few more bucks. - No onsites.
