Pros: Oracle is amazing. I worked with Oracle for 2 years and enjoyed the journey. There are many pros that I can list out here: * Depends on the team, but on average, there is very good work-life balance. * Large cubicles, a large cafeteria, fun activities, annual outings, and quarterly team lunches. * Free cab services are available on the Hyderabad campus starting at 8:00 PM. * Learning the product may be tough, but once you get the hang of it, things are simple. * It's the best company to settle with, as there is no work pressure. Sometimes there are deadlines, but normally it's cool. * Good people. Any company is defined by its employees, and I found Oracle employees to be very polite, understanding, and very supportive. * Work from home is an option. * No timesheets, flexible timings. Sometimes you can even manage to work for fewer hours as well :) * Hackathons – there are yearly hackathon events which are amazing. You can present your ideas and get a chance to fly to HQ. Oracle is a very cool company; one can think of settling with Oracle. I would definitely recommend people to join Oracle.

Cons: There are too many pros, but cons are also there: * Less hikes, and forget about bonuses. * No occasional gifts. * Limited and outdated technologies. Oracle uses ADF Framework, which is messy now and contains a lot of bugs that restrict faster development. * Technical growth is very low in most of the teams. * No onsite opportunities. Most employees are leaving because they are not getting salaries as per market standards. You can enjoy only if you joined with better compensation.

Pros: Have work-from-home option

Cons: You may or may not get a hike. Fusion Applications use the ADF framework, which is not useful outside of Oracle.

Pros: Work-Life Balance A good place to work. The team is supportive.

Cons: No hikes. Old tech stack. Less salary as per industry standard.
