A very unprofessional bunch of fools. It was a very bad experience.
I was told that I would have two one-hour interviews, one with the VP and one with the Director, after the HR round.
The interview with the VP was okay. He asked a few behavioral interview questions, two coding questions, and one design problem. I answered 80-90% of them well.
Then the Director round started. First, instead of one person, there were two: the Director and a Manager. Both started bombarding me with questions, asking about everything possible: design, coding, Java, Spring Boot, screenshare questions, and more.
An hour passed, and no one uttered a word about their thoughts. They kept bombarding me with questions, and the interview continued for up to 1 hour and 45 minutes.
In the end, the Director mentioned that HRs do not allow them to conduct interviews for more than an hour, but they needed more time.
This shows extreme disrespect for others' time and is indicative of the organization's culture. I could sense a typical pressurizing kind of environment.
The worst part is that I still have not received any feedback from HR, even after two follow-ups. #GHOSTED #BY #ORACLE
