Applications Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
I went through three rounds of technical telephonic interviews where puzzles, core Java questions, and code snippets were asked. There was about a week's gap between each telephonic round.
I was asked to come to the Bangalore office for the final rounds. I had two technical interviews where again I was asked to write code and solve some puzzles.
After about a week, the result was announced, but it took one to two months to extend the offer.

Lots of experienced peers around to help.Cons: Peoplesoft would not give you a good growth in your career. I would not recommend any college grads to take up Peoplesoft as a career. It's very restricted tech. You would be aloof of what is happening in the tech world. You will get exposure to very limited tools and languages in Peoplesoft applications.
