Process

I received a direct call from my manager. I went to the office for a face-to-face interview.

1st round with the Team Lead: Covered projects, technical aspects, and IQ. 2nd round with the Manager: A brief 15-minute discussion about CTC and location. 3rd round: In-depth technical interview focusing on Java. 4th round: Another meeting with the Manager to discuss project details, reasons for leaving previous companies, etc. 5th round with the Bangalore Head: A 30-minute conversation where my designation and CTC were proposed. 6th round with Hyd HR: Another 30-minute meeting.

I received the offer after three months. The process was too long, and background verification was conducted again after I accepted the offer.
