Pros: Nice CTC when joining. Work-life balance.

Cons: Old Technologies Even for new technologies, they are using Oracle-only tools to make your resume non-valuable. I've heard that there is a very minimal hike or no hike. I haven't completed even one year here, so I can't comment for sure.
