Pros: Not many expectations from college grads.
Lots of experienced peers around to help.
Cons: Peoplesoft would not give you a good growth in your career. I would not recommend any college grads to take up Peoplesoft as a career.
It's very restricted tech. You would be aloof of what is happening in the tech world. You will get exposure to very limited tools and languages in Peoplesoft applications.
