Pros: Great company to learn and explore. You should be lucky enough to get a good project, product, technology, or supportive manager to work with.
Cons: Completely manager-oriented company. Very low hikes. Worst work process, which requires a huge workforce, but the resources hired are very few. Offer letters take months to turn up.
